Training "Sustainable strategies and ESG criteria"
On March 28th, Alina Sokolenko, the Head of the Association of Sustainable Development Experts (ASDE) and a certified international expert in sustainable development and non-financial reporting, conducted a training session on "Sustainable Strategies and ESG Criteria" for top managers of JSC "COMINBANK."
On March 28th, Alina Sokolenko, the Head of the Association of Sustainable Development Experts (ASDE) and a certified international expert in sustainable development and non-financial reporting, conducted a training session on "Sustainable Strategies and ESG Criteria" for top managers of JSC "COMINBANK."
Alina Sokolenko shared with the participants the essence of the concepts "Sustainability" and "ESG," highlighted global trends, the history, and the emergence of sustainable development principles. She also shared experience in developing an ESG-based management plan and nuances of writing non-financial reporting.
Additionally, the expert discussed Ukraine and EU experience in the context of the "sustainability" market, emphasized programs and mechanisms for achieving fair transformation, provided information on environmental and social standards of international financial institutions, and talked about reporting on greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 3).
